recently tried the Chicken Pad Thai from 8e8 Thai Food Truck, and it was a good experience. The chicken was tender, and the noodles had a nice texture-nothing overcooked or soggy. The sauce was on point, and but the spice was on the lower end of the spectrum. The portion size was generous, and the service was friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area! Will be back to try other items from the menu.

We had this while the food truck was at the South Bay Lakers venue at the UCLA training center in El segundo. Ordered the spicy basil fried rice with shrimp and it came out piping hot with quality ingredients, delicious savory flavors, and a good amount of spice for a very affordable price. I'm not a big Thai food fan because most of the items I've tried traditionally have been on the sweeter side, but I can say that this item in particular was really in line with my flavor palette. Excellently executed!

Just got the drunken noodles with tofu. It was piping hot , well seasoned and very fresh and crunchy vegetable. I was impressed and the people are very sweet

Yum! Got their pad see ew while they were parked in downtown (near 5th and Grand) and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I guess I shouldn't be so surprised since we're in LA. Simple, right ingredients and honestly great price! $10 and good portion! Literally can't find that anymore, especially not from a food truck catering to business workers. Sad they only come to the downtown location once a month, can't wait to see them and order from them again!

If you ever come across this Thai food truck. You must try them. The food is so good, flavorful, and best of all made fresh to order. I got the chicken Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Fried rice with beef. I can't even explain the explosion of flavors in my mouth. But also the staff is so nice, and the price is so affordable. $10 for each item only.

This food truck was at Thai Fest by the Beach in Santa Monica. I ordered drunken noodle and pad see ew, which I recall was about $13 each, without meat. It took about 10 minutes to get my food. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion and the food piping hot. Both were very delicious. The drunken noodle has a good spice level and I'm quite sensitive to spicy in general. I had the pleasure of watching the chef cooking the noodles on their big wok with lots of fire. I don't know when I'll get to see them again, but I hope they can go to San Gabriel Valley area.

Really great Thai street food truck. If you see it parked nearby, I highly recommend stopping by. This food truck was parked outside the Runway and Playa Vista. Whenever we see a new truck around this area, we're always interested in trying it out, and this day was no different. We grabbed a few popular items to go: Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Pineapple Fried Rice. The food was fantastic--better than delivery Thai food, likely because it's cooked right in front of you and eaten shortly after. The Pad Thai could compete with any in the area, and the portions were generous for a food truck. The staff was really nice as well! I definitely recommend stopping by if it's in your area.
